If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or engage our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of this website after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Services Description

2Weeks Digital Growth provides Recommendation Authority consulting services to multi-location local service businesses. Our primary service offering is the 14-Day Authority Sprint — a structured consulting engagement designed to improve a client's visibility, trust signals, and recommendation readiness across AI-mediated search. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in a separate client agreement issued prior to commencement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding service commitment until a signed client agreement and receipt of the applicable setup fee are confirmed in writing.

AVS Tool Usage

The Authority Visibility Score (AVS) tool available on this website is provided for informational purposes only. AVS scores are generated using a combination of live data signals and deterministic simulation where live data is unavailable. A score produced by the AVS tool does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of AI recommendation placement, search ranking, or business performance. 2Weeks Digital Growth makes no representation that any specific AVS score will result in improved visibility or revenue outcomes. Results from consulting engagements will vary based on factors outside our control, including but not limited to third-party platform changes, market conditions, and client implementation.

Payment Terms

Consulting engagements are structured as a one-time setup fee plus a monthly retainer, as agreed in the client agreement. Invoices are issued offline and are payable within the terms stated on each invoice. This website does not process, store, or facilitate any payment transactions — there is no automated billing on this site. All payment arrangements are handled directly between 2Weeks Digital Growth and the client. Setup fees are non-refundable once a sprint has commenced. Monthly retainer terms, including cancellation provisions, are set out in the individual client agreement.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, design, graphics, the AVS scoring methodology, the Recommendation Authority framework, and all associated documentation — is the intellectual property of 2Weeks Digital Growth and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent. Deliverables produced for clients during a consulting engagement are governed by the intellectual property provisions of the applicable client agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2Weeks Digital Growth, its principals, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website, the AVS tool, or any consulting services provided. Our total liability to any client for any claim arising from a consulting engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maryland. If you are accessing this website from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
