We help multi-location local service businesses become visible, trusted, and recommended across AI-mediated search. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information submitted through our website at 2weeksdigitalgrowth.com.

What Data We Collect

When you submit your business domain through our Authority Visibility Score (AVS) audit form, we collect the following information: your name, email address, business domain, and company name. We do not collect payment information, sensitive personal data, or any information beyond what is required to deliver your AVS score and follow-up recommendation report.

How We Use Your Data

We use the information you provide for three purposes only: (1) to generate and return your Authority Visibility Score via our AVS scoring engine; (2) to store your lead record in HubSpot CRM so that our team can follow up with your Recommendation Authority Report; and (3) to facilitate discovery call booking through our Calendly scheduling link if you choose to proceed. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose not listed here.

Third Parties We Work With

We share data with the following third-party services solely to operate our platform: Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure, hosted in the USA); HubSpot (CRM and lead management); Calendly (discovery call scheduling); Vercel Analytics (privacy-first, aggregated site performance data — no personal data collected); and Google Analytics (site usage analytics, activated only after this policy is live). We do not sell your data to any third party under any circumstance.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law. AVS form submission records are retained in Supabase and HubSpot for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission. If you request deletion of your data, we will action that request within 30 days and confirm removal from all systems we control. We cannot guarantee removal from third-party systems after data has been synced — please refer to the privacy policies of Supabase, HubSpot, and Calendly for their respective retention commitments.

Your Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or any jurisdiction with applicable data protection legislation, you have the following rights regarding your personal data: the right to access the data we hold about you; the right to request correction of inaccurate data; the right to request deletion of your data; the right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format; and the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
